The W. P. Carey School of Business, in partnership with Influence at Work, presents a rare opportunity to learn directly fromCialdini Method Certified Trainers (CMCTs) —personally trained by Dr. Gregory Neidert, director of training.

This limited-capacity workshop is designed to balance research-backed insights, real-world application, and interactive learning.

As a special feature, participants will hear from Dr. Cialdini during a featured session sharing his latest insights in influence and persuasion. The experience also includes a networking reception to connect with fellow professionals.

Dr. Gregory Neidert

Dr. Gregory Neidert

Dr. Gregory Neidert is the Director of Training, Consulting and Certification for INFLUENCE AT WORK. Dr. Neidert specializes in applied research, identifying solutions to remedy large-scale social and organizational problems. Additionally, he developed the Core Motives Model of Social Influence. This model helps individuals understand how and when to employ the Principles of Influence most effectively.

Dr. Neidert has helped hundreds of client organizations, from corporations to governments. He was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Arizona State University for over 35 years, receiving numerous honors and awards, including Outstanding Professor, Outstanding Faculty, Promoter of Excellence Award, and Research Fellow at the Lincoln Center for Private and Public Sector Ethics.
